CD's:

We guarantee the CD's will be to your liking and are as purported in our promotions. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your CD, email us - ask us for a RMA number and the exact shipping instructions.

We will refund your original purchase price including original shipping and sales tax if applicable for that CD.

The CD must be received by us in the same condition as when it was shipped from our location. It must not have any signs of wear or use. It must be in re-saleable conditon.

If you receive a damaged CD from us, please contact the carrier to make a claim from them. We will replace your CD when we have received the appropriate documentation.

Singles:

We will replace any single that you have received that is not readable on download. We will replace any single that you do not want with any other single of your choice. The replacement policy is for only one replacement per single received. If this is misused, we will discontinue your account.
